Consultants (Account Manager and Account Director) 

Location:  Millbank Tower, London, with some flexible/ hybrid working  

Salary:   £35,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience/role) plus discretionary bonus and generous benefits

 The Connect Group is an award-winning communications agency ranked in the PR Week UK Top 10 for public affairs, winning awards for our campaigns, collaborations and consultants. We have a fast-growing team of consultants, with offices in Westminster, Edinburgh and Belfast. We work with a diverse range of clients, from FTSE 100 companies and leading trade bodies to coalitions and charities. 
 

Due to client growth and expansion of our business, we are looking for consultants at the level of Account Manager and Account Director. There are positions available in both our public affairs and built environment teams. 

You will need 3 or more years experience of working in public affairs, built environment, policy or politics, and will want to work in a dynamic environment to support our clients with their complex communications challenges and government and stakeholder relations. 
 

You will be client-facing from day one, and will project manage accounts, as well as playing a role in the future growth of Connect. You will be a strong team player, able to meet deadlines, work effectively across teams, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
 

We welcome self-starters and those with a passion to get to grips with new policy briefs or their own ideas to grow other sectors. You will be actively involved in helping to bring in new business so having solid commercial skills will be important, as will the ability to judge client’s needs.
