Terms and Conditions
This booking form constitutes a legally binding agreement.
Payment is due in full within 28 days from the
date of this order. Orders made less than 28 days preceeding the course must be paid within five days. Course details will be sent
once payment has been received.
Cancellations
Cancellations received in writing at least five working days prior to the event will be refunded less an administration fee of 10%.
All cancellations received after this date will be liable for the full event fee. Refunds cannot be given for failure to attend. Substitutions will be accepted at any time, but must be notified in writing.

The information you provide will be held on a database by Connect. By giving us with your details, we will provide you with information relating to your booking. We may also contact you about other services we provide — please contact us if you do not wish your details to be used for this purpose.
