Lucy HolbrookAccount ExecutiveLucy joined Connect as an intern as part of her Masters degree, and is now an Account Executive, working with a variety of clients in the local government and policing sectors. She works with the Local Government Information Unit, the National Association of Local Councils, as well as various individual authorities including Swindon Borough Council, Norwich City Council and the Leeds City Region. Lucy has developed a number of campaigns, in particular working with Changemakers, a charity which encourages youth leadership, and UNISON, the public sector trade union.Lucy graduated from Bristol University with a 2:1 in Politics. After graduating Lucy worked for a year for Cardiff City Council, before studying for a Masters degree in Public Affairs and joining Connect in early 2008. |

Degree in politics from Bristol University and a Masters in Public Affairs and Lobbying.
Q: What sparked your interest in politics?
The 1992 election, I fell asleep watching the results and the next morning I remember running downstairs to ask my mum if Labour had won.
Q: What is the one thing you want to do before you die?
To travel around the world.
