Date: 16-Mar-2010
Venue: Central London

With 3 million new homes needed by 2012, 1.8 million households on local authority waiting lists, growing numbers locked out of the housing market and a squeeze on private sector investment, we are faced with a serious lack of affordable housing and finance.

2010 will see the biggest political and policy change for more than a generation.  Housing, communities and regeneration have all been high on the agenda for over a decade but what could a change in government mean for the housing sector?

Join us for the big debate on the challenge ahead; this essential conference will look at the real housing supply issues and discuss the policy, regulatory and environmental solutions we need if the UK is to meet the challenge.
