Terms and Conditions

 

This booking form constitutes a legally binding agreement. As the named delegate, it is your responsibility to ensure that this invoice is forwarded to the appropriate person or department within your organisation for prompt payment.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to the event  if payment has not been made in full in advance of the conference taking place.

CANCELLATIONS

The Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee in respect of courses already confirmed.

Cancellations received in writing at least fourteen working days prior to the event will be refunded less an administration fee of £35+ vat.

All cancellations received after this date will be liable for the full event fee.

Payment is due regardless of attendance at the event.

We are happy to accept substitutions, but these must always be notified in writing – we would appreciate as much notice as possible.

SETTLEMENT TERMS

Fees for all events must be paid immediately at the time of booking, or immediately upon receipt of invoice.

We are happy to accept payment at either stage by cheque, credit card or BACS / CHAPS payment.

DATA PROTECTION

The information you provide will be held on a database by Connect. By giving us with your details, we will provide you with information relating to your booking. We may also contact you about other services we provide - please contact us if you do not wish your details to be used for this purpose.
